Need some help with algebra (forgot)
Hey guys quick question,

So, I got a formula to be 65 = 30t-3t2 I need to know how I solve this.

The answer was t = 5- square root (10/3)

thank you.

So I know I can factor this to be 65 = -3t(t-10) so now do I just divide by 65 or what? :S

Edit: I just figured that you can move 65 to the other side lol 30t^2-3t^2 + 65 = 0 >_>

Prove It
Re: Need some help with algebra (forgot)
Factoring in this case won't help you, as you can only use factoring to solve equations when the equation equals 0.

You will need to set the equation equal to 0 and then solve using the Quadratic Formula or Complete the Square.

Thanks though!

EDIT: I had a derp moment lol I guess.
