Have you tried anything so far? The equation of cubic is $\displaystyle \displaystyle y = a\,x^3 + b\,x^2 + c\,x + d$. Can you substitute the four points to give four equations that you can solve simultaneously for a,b,c,d?
first calculate d by subtituting the point (0,-4) and then the other 3 coefficients
