    May I suggest that the mods close this thread? I read it and wanted to punch my computer screen from the OP refusing to show any effort or even bothering to thank the people who have tried to help, instead saying that what is given isn't "clear".

    Hint: recollect the definition of modulus function, |x| = x for all x >= 0 and |x| = -x for all x <0.

    for 3x-2y+10 > 0 we get |3x-2y+10| = 3x-2y+10

    for 2x-3y < 0 we get |2x-3y| = -2x+3y
    Using these for cases we get for four relations

    We have to now use these in first equation to get the value. Remember we do not have a definite method to solve a bi-quadratic equation.
