    You should know that log(b/a)= log(b)- log(a). And that log(b), to base b, is 1.

    logb(b/a)= logb(b)- logb(a)

    we know that logb(b)=1

    given logba = 0.82

    hence, logb(b/a)= logb(b)- logb(a)
    = 1 - 0.82
    = 0.18
