    Zero and negative exponents????

How do I simplify this without negative or zero exponents?

    5^-1(3^-2 X 2^-3)^0

    I got to 1/5(1/72)^0....

    Well here were my steps....

    1/5 ( 1/9 X 1/8 )^0

    then 1/5(1/72)^0....

    anything to the power 0 = 1!

and to clarify on negative exponents
    lets take 2^-1 for example
    2^-1 = 2^0 / 2^1 = 2^0-1(yes?)
and since anything to the power 0 = 1
    2^0 / 2^1 = 1/2

you can take it from here
