    \begin{array}{cccccc}\text{We know:} & 10\%\text{ of }260 &=& 26 && \frac{1}{10}\text{ of }260 \\ \\[-3mm] \text{Then:} & 5\%\text{of }260 &=& 13 && \text{half of }10\% \\ \\[-3mm] \text{Hence:} & 15\%\text{ of }260 &=& 39 && \text{addition} \end{array}
