1. Most people are not willing to open ".doc" files- they are notorious for harboring viruses.

2. If it is too much trouble for YOU to type the problems yourself why should others take the trouble to look at them?

sqrt(5x+ 1)= 6. What do you get if you**square**both sides?

cubert(3x+ 10)= 4. What do you get if you**cube**both sides?

sqrt(16+ x)= 8- sqr(x). Again square both sides. Here, you will still have one square root left so isolate it and square again.
