Factorize the denominator x^2-1 to becom (x-1)(x+1) and multiply the second fraction by (x+1) (NUm +denom.)

No.......it will be (3-x)/(x-1)(x+1) check the signs you have -(x+1) which will become -x-1......be carefulll
