Hey guys, so I'm having a little bit of difficulty understanding what exactly span is for this problem.
Let u = 2, -6 (2x1 matrix) and v = 1,5 (2x1 matrix) . Show that h is in span {u,v} for all h and k. So once I set it up I got

0 8 k+3h
It says I should stop here since the system is consistant, why is it consistant here?
