I have just begun year 11 & 12 at Tafe Brisbane. to get my seniour certificate. I was in hospital for first 3 weeks so im trying to catch up.

I don't know how to isolate g in the equation

divide both sides by 4 pie squared and then divide by L and after doing that you will get 1/g on one side of the equation. If you want g only just flip the fractions on both sides.

T(squared) X g= 4 pi squared X l

so g = 4 pi squared over T squared x l

is that it ????

Ill try it out, if g is close to 9.8 then i got it right, maybe not the best way but if it works il be hapy,

I have open office which allows you to write the equations just like thwe text books but i havnty figured that out yet

T squared = 4 pie squared * L/g

t squared * g = 4pie squared *L
g= (4 pie squared *L) all over t squared
