    making subject of the formula

    hello,

    is it possible to make only x the subject of formula:

    1-(0.96)^x = (4y +4xt)/t

    No...
    The relation is trancendental and you cannot find any algebraic expression for x.....
    Similar cases with sinx and x cosx and x e^x and x lnx and x...etc...
