This problem is making my life a living hell and I cannot get a hold on it. Please help!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
a. Find the distance a car travels in 3 hours at 65 miles per hour.
b. Represent the distance traveled in t hours at 49 miles per hour.
c. Represent the distance traveled in t+2 hours at 61 miles per hour
Answer: The car travels at ___ miles per hour?

Wonder as why it should be a problem. Speed = Distance / Time; so distance = speed into time.
thus for (a) distance = 3 *65 miles; (b) distance = 49t miles etc.
I just realized my foolishness after two days of racking my mind. Over complicating something so simple and not realizing I'm only trying to solve line a. Note to self DUH!! distance =195!!!!!!! Thanks anyhow!!!!
