147/20/2-x = 147/10

So 147 over 20 over 2-x equals 147 over 10.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. It sounds like your equation is
$\frac{147/20}{2 - x} = \frac{147}{10}$

If that's correct first note that you can cancel out the 147 from both sides. That leaves you with
$\frac{1}{20(2 - x)} = \frac{1}{10}$

Flip this equation upside down and solve for x
