    Intersection Points

    Find the intersection points of the line 3x-y=4 and the parabola y=3x^2-12x+8.


    Please help!!

    Start by writing the first equation as \displaystyle \begin{align*} y = 3x - 4 \end{align*} and substituting this as y into the second equation. Then solve the quadratic for x.
