A feasible way to solve this question is first find the expressions of the three and then compare them with the provided expression.

For example, let's consider Jill's share.

1. The water bill: $20 per person. There are 3 persons in total, so the water bill is 20x3=?; 2. half of the electric bill: The electric bill is$250 a month; so its half is 250x0.5=?;
