Unhappy what are the key features of y=log[x](4)? And y=4(1/2)^x-16?

Key features such as; the domain and range, the y-int, the horizontal asymptote, value of the function at x=1,and whether the function is increasing or decreasing? Thank you so much!

Start out with a graph of the function. What does this tell you?
