What's the condensed form of the following logarithmic expression?

(1/4)log(x^2) - 2log(y) + log(4)

use the properties of logs ...

$\log{a} + \log{b} = \log\left(ab \right)$

$\log{a} - \log{b} = \log\left(\frac{a}{b}\right)$

$c\log{d} = \log\left(d^c \right)$
