    Factorials equation

    How do I solve this for n without making a guess? n!(5-n)!=4! Is it possible to simply drop all the ! signs?

    There are only six possible choices: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

    We find the solutions are: . n \,=\,1,\,4
