Hey Sekonda.

Using distributive properties and multiplying both sides by (SQRT(2)) gives:

[SQRT(2) - SQRT(6)]/[2*SQRT(2)*SQRT(2)] = [SQRT(2) - SQRT(6)]/4.

All I did was multiply the original expression by SQRT(2)/SQRT(2) which is the same as multiplying by 1. - Dec 23rd 2012, 05:40 PMmisiaizeskaRe: Division/Simplying Question
