I suppose you mean "Find all the values of x that satisfy the inequality 5-(x-1) =< -3x+2" (were =< means "less or equal")

We then have

$\displaystyle \newline 5-(x-1) \leqslant -3x+2 \newline 5-x+1 \leqslant -3x+2 \newline x \leqslant -2 $

Or if you mean
