Multiply all sides by 12: $\displaystyle \frac{24}{3} \geq 2x-3 > \frac{12}{6}$ $\displaystyle 8 \geq 2x-3 > 2$ Add 3 to all sides: $\displaystyle 11 \geq 2x > 5$ Divide all sides by 2: $\displaystyle \frac{11}{2} \geq x > \frac{5}{2}$
