    Help! Need someone to explain

    I have attached a few problems with this note. We had a quiz last week and I missed a few problems and don't understand why. Please advise.

    The line of over the 3 in the decimal means it is repeated or as you out it \frac{33.333333.....}{10} and goes on and on and this reduces to 33\frac{1}{3}

    Your second one is right maybe your teacher wanted it in fraction form though which would be 11\frac{1}{3}

    3(33\frac{1}{3})=100 Try converting into fractions and doing the math it will help.

    Your fourth is also right I don't know why it was marked wrong.

    Your fifth is right too.

    But its -\left(\frac{-654.796}{-100}\right)

    Its kind of hard to see the negative sign in front.
