REARRANGE EACH FORMULAR TO MAKE THE LETTER IN THE ( ) THE SUBJECT

1. P = Q + 2R (Q)

2. B = S + 5R (r)

3. S = 2U - T (t)

4. M = (PQR/S) (q)

5. L = 2G -2F (g) , IF YOU COULD SHOW ME SOME WORKINGS AS WELL PLEASE

1. P = Q + 2R (Q)

I think that the subject is the one before the equal sign, therefore:

.....P - Q = Q + 2R - Q........subtract Q from both sides
P - Q - P = 2R - P..............subtract P from both sides
..........Q = -2R + P............multiply each componant by (-1)
..........Q = P - 2R..............rearrange

2. B = S + 5R (r)

.....B - 5R = S + 5R - 5R..........subtract 5R from both sides
.....B - 5R = S.......................and you have this
B - 5R - B = S - B..................subtract B from both sides
........-5R = S - B...................and you have
..........5R = -S + B................multiply each componant by (-1)
..........5R = B - S..................Rearrange
...........R = (B - S)/5.............Divide both sides by 5

If you need help on the rest of them I will be happy to do them also. They are similar to the first two.

THANK YOU FOR WORKING THOSE OUT FOR ME BUT :) I DONT THINK I MADE THE QUESTION CLEAR ENOUGH THE LETTERS IN THE BRACKETS ARE NOT PART OF THE SUM BUT THAT IS WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO USE AS THE SUBJECT AND REARRANGE THE SUM
