    Linearizing function

I hope I can describe best my problem.
I try to determine a function based on real measurements (actual plot data) so I can linearize some output amplitude against frequency (in software)
Thanks in advance for any idea,

PS. Normally I use table lookups but in this way I have to split frequency domain in many chunks (many tables) for minimizing jumps.

    Re: Linearizing function

    Hey rianovich96.

What it sounds like you are looking to do is do a fourier series frequency decomposition on your function: doing so will give amplitude information with respect to a particular frequency that is orthogonal to the rest of the frequency information.

Are you aware of this technique?
