Yes, you will find:

$\ln(x)+\ln(x+2)=1$

$\ln(x(x+2))=1$

$x(x+2)=e^1=e$

$x^2+2x-e=0$

Now you may apply the quadratic formula, and discard any roots outside of the domain of the original expression.
