    Algebra 2 polynomial addition/subtraction?

    (2x+1)/(x^2+4x+4) - (6x)/(x^2-4) + 3/(x-2)

    Please help explain how to solve this? Thanks!

    \frac{2x+1}{(x+2)^2} - \frac{6x}{(x-2)(x+2)} + \frac{3}{x-2}

    you need a common denominator ...

    (x+2)^2(x-2)
