    Matrices: Explain meaning of non zero elements

    Part (b) and (c):


    *For part (b), I'm able to find SE, but not the evaluate/explain part.

    Wouldn't S represent $1000 in Singapore dollars, so SE would represent how much money you'll have in each of the other currencies...
