Hey everyone, here is the question : Solve the equation z^2 + ( 4 - 2i )z - ( 2 - 8i ) = 0

I try to solve this one with formula (-b∓√4ac)/2a , but i can't get the correct answer.
Any other ways to find out the z value? Please show me how me how to do that. Thank you.

What about the step? I tried using the formula and complete the square and i can't get the answer.......
