Thread: Gradients?

I have to find the gradients from the information it gives me, it has an example but I have no idea how it gets from there to the answer, the example is:

Equation: R=V/I

Then it says: x axis: voltage
y axis: current

Then it gives the answer: Gradient = 1/R

But I don't understand how to get the answer from the information it gives me?

I assume V = voltage, is R current?
