Transposition Help

Hi,
I wonder if someone could possibly help me. I am trying to transpose the formula below in terms of F. So F=...........
This is probably not too hard but my maths has gotten pretty rusty so I would be really grateful if someone could help/advise.

If you multiply both sides by F, you'll get a quadratic equation.
