make the graph 4 times as long horizontally. so now, there will be 4-times the horizontal distance between any two points. what is f(x) specifically?

it didnt say a specific number for f(x)..it just says"describe the change in terms of f(x) for the transformation"..i dont think im supposed to graph it but write the equation of f(x)...would it be f(1/4x)?

ah, ok. then yes, that's correct $f \left( \frac 14 x \right)$

5. thanks for the help Jhevon
