    Ratio problem

Between 30 and 60 people attended a club meeting. The ratio if the number of club members attending the meeting to the number of nonmembers attending was exactly 10 to 7. What is one possible value for the total number of people who attended the meeting?

How is it 34 or 51?

    Re: Ratio problem

    10:7 (17; too low)
    20:14 (34; ok)
    30:21 (51; ok)
    40:28 (68; too high)
    Got it?
