On a x-y coordinate plane, draw a vertical dotted line at x=6, you require the region to the right of this line therefore shade out everything to its left and you're done.

I am really math numb, so i see that north south is y and east west is x i also see 6 Im not sure where to make the points to create what you say.

No points required, on the east west line, mark in where you imagine 6 would be, draw a vertical (dotted) line through that point parallel to the north south line.
