    Hello, zbest1966!

    \text{Multiply: }\:(\sqrt{h^2+1}+1) (\sqrt{h^2+1}+1)

    \text{This is my answer: }\:h^2+2+2\sqrt{h^2+1}

    You are correct!

    By the way, you don't have to jump in and out of LaTeX for these expressions.
