Help with a quadratic equation using factoring

Hi. I'm having difficulty with this equation:

    (5x2 + 6x)(12x2 - 5x - 2) = 0

I've been at it for a while, but have been unable to come up with the answer in the key . I would appreciate any help. Thanks!
