Sorry for that earboth I posted the wrong ration here it is
37,317/45,678 = 102/125 ?

What I'm trying to do is scale down the ration of people to show the difference between these numbers

Just do the divisions (got a calculator?):
37317 / 45678 = .816957...
102 / 125 = .816

Now decide if close enough to suit your purpose!

37332 / 45750 = 102 / 125 is precise.
