    \frac{G^{-8}H^4}{G^{-10}H^{14}}

    when you dividing, you take the like term or the one with the same variable and substract their powers:

    so we get For G:

    -8-(-10)=-8+10=2 --> G^2

    and for H:

    4-14= -10 --> H^{-10} or \frac{1}{H^{10}}

    putting this together we get:

    \frac{G^2}{H^{10}}
