Math Help - another problem from this radicals chapter.

    another problem from this radicals chapter.

    Ok this one I am not sure about. x^3/2 all over x^-2/3 ... ^ equals a raised degree. Ok I think the laws of exponents tell me move the second x to the top and then add the two together. which would give me x^13/6am I correct
