i need to simplify this:
2x^2/3 x 3x^-1
im not too sure how i would complete this so could i have some help please?
on the second half of it would it be -3x/1??

Exactly where is your difficulty?

$\displaystyle \left(2\cdot x^{\frac23}\right)\cdot\left(3\cdot x^{-1}\right) \;=\;\left(2\cdot 3\right)\,\left(x^{\frac23}\cdot x^{-1}\right) \;=\;6\cdot x^{-\frac13} \;=\;\frac{6}{x^{\frac13}} $
