    Hello, andyboy179!

    Exactly where is your difficulty?

    \text{Simplify: }\;2x^{\frac23}\cdot 3x^{-1}

    \left(2\cdot x^{\frac23}\right)\cdot\left(3\cdot x^{-1}\right) \;=\;\left(2\cdot 3\right)\,\left(x^{\frac23}\cdot x^{-1}\right) \;=\;6\cdot x^{-\frac13} \;=\;\frac{6}{x^{\frac13}}
