Can someone please show me how to rewrite these two functions into the required form : y= (a/x-2)+b

What don't you understand about the format of these functions?
Mainly just the form they are given in. The first one the -x exponetial and in the second one the 1n is confusing. Im very new to this stuff so any help would be appreciated
The exponential function and logarithm were invented precisely because they cannot be expressed using the four main arithmetic operations.
ok so from these two functions i have to plot a hyperbola. How do i find the a and b constants. Do i first find the X and Y intercepts?
Dont worry i figures it out. Thanks for your help
