Negative Exponents on TI-83
I'm a return student, and I've never used the TI calculators before this college Algebras class. I'm trying to figure out how to do negative exponents with my TI-83. It's a simple problem 6^-1.9 If anyone can tell me how to input this into the calculator to get the answer which is 0.033 I would greatly appreciate it.
Just typing it in to the calculator the way I have it typed out on here does not yield the answer
Re: Negative Exponents on TI-83
Don't use the usual minus sign. Use the key (-). Maybe next to enter key.
