Hello. I just can't solve this using the rules for exponents. Help would be very much appreciatet. Thank you very much in advance.

$\displaystyle \frac{3^{\frac{1}{3}}}{\frac{1}{3}^{\frac{2}{3}}}= \frac{3^{\frac{1}{3}}}{(3^{-1})^{\frac{2}{3}}}= \frac{3^{\frac{1}{3}}}{3^{\frac{-2}{3}}}$ Now $\displaystyle a^n\div a^m = a^{n-m}$
