Help with exponents with fractions
Hello. I just can't solve this using the rules for exponents. Help would be very much appreciatet.

$\frac{3^{\frac{1}{3}}}{\frac{1}{3}^{\frac{2}{3}}}= \frac{3^{\frac{1}{3}}}{(3^{-1})^{\frac{2}{3}}}= \frac{3^{\frac{1}{3}}}{3^{\frac{-2}{3}}}$

Now $a^n\div a^m = a^{n-m}$

Note ${\left( {\frac{1}{3}} \right)^{\frac{2}{3}}} = {\left( 3 \right)^{ - \frac{2}{3}}}$
