hello, this is my question:

A(3,-1) and B(-3,3) are ends of a chord AB of a circle.

Show by using gradients that the point (4,7) could be the centre of the circle.

im am a little unsure how i would work this out. i know that the midpoint of AB =(0,1) but im not too sure if that is relevent to my question.
Could someone please explain what i have to do on this question in detail so i know how to do this in similar questions?
