Writing an expression to a power with positive exponents.
Can someone explain to me why...
x^7/2 x (x) = x^9/2 ?

$x^a \cdot x^b=x^{a+b}$

Please use * for multiplication sign...plus brackets when necessary:
x^(7/2) * x^1 = x^(7/2) * x^(2/2) = x^(7/2 + 2/2) = x^(9/2)
