How would i Simplify if possible?

    Hello,

Is there anyway of simplifying the following, if so could someone please show me how?

    [(-2F)^2+((2F)^(1/2)*sin(pi/4)+(2F)^(1/2)*sin(pi/4))^2]^(1/2)

    Regards

It is hard to follow your groupings.
    But ( - 2F)^2 = 4F^2 and \sqrt {2F} \sin \left( {\frac{\pi }{4}} \right) = \sqrt F .
