The sequence can be written as $x_{n}= \frac{n}{a_{n}}$ where $a_{n}$ is the solution of the difference equation...

$a_{n+1}= a_{n}+3 ,\ a_{1}=2$ (1)

... that is $a_{n}= 3n-1$, so that is...

$x_{n}= \frac{n}{3n-1}$ (2)

At this point You have to insert in (2) n=100...
