    More Simplifying Rational Exponents

    Hi, Forum Friends.

    I am flustered with this expression that I just cannot simplify.

    From there, I'm stuck. Can someone help?

    You should know the important rules:
    \frac{a^x}{a^y}=a^{x-y}
    a^{x}\cdot a^y=a^{x+y}
