More Simplifying Rational Exponents

Hi, Forum Friends.

I am flustered with this expression that I just cannot simplify.

Where should I begin? I know I should make the denominator:

You should know the important rules:
$\frac{a^x}{a^y}=a^{x-y}$
$a^{x}\cdot a^y=a^{x+y}$
