select 21 questions
You have a test paper consisting of 35 questions.
The test paper consists of 4 Parts - A,B,C and D.
Part A consists of 7 questions.
Part B has 8 questions.
Part C has 10 questions.
Part D has 10 questions.
From part A you need to do atleast 3 questions.
From part B and C together you need to do 5 questions atleast.
From Part C and D together you can do atmost 7 questions.
You need to attempt a total of 21 questions from the whole paper.
in how many ways can you attempt the test paper?

Why would anyone answer 4 or more when not required?!
Anyway, are there 5 number of ways here: 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 or 7?
Or is the meaning to pick 3 out of the 7?

Because he must "attempt a total of 21 questions" while the "required" number from each section adds to only 15.
